Even though drivers have duty to operate their vehicles in safe manner, many motorists fail to account for motorcycles on the road. Even when motorcyclist wears helmet and protective clothing, he or she does not have the same protections as someone driving in car. We understand that after serious injury caused by someone’s negligence, the person responsible must be held to account. According to the Georgia Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, 221 motorcyclists were killed in 2022 alone, and 191 of those riders were wearing their helmets at the time of the crash.
