Medical malpractice is regulated by the General Medical Council (GMC) for doctors and its role is to investigate serious complaints about individual doctors to establish whether they are ‘fit to practise’, rather than to investigate complaints which might be serious, but do not call into question health professional’s fitness to practise. Dealing with wide range of cases, Alicia specialises in complex and high value matters. Whilst predominantly now dealing with complex and high value cases, Alicia continues to work with all clients to ensure they have the benefit of her expertise and knowledge. She enjoys long walks in the countryside, reading, watching her favourite TV shows, and attending music concerts.
